  • Ukrainia Activist Group Femen, Stages a Topless Jihad Across Europe in Support of Amina Tyler: Incredible Pictures

Last month a young Tunisian activist Amina Tyler posted naked photos of herself online, with the words "I own my body; it's not the source of anyone's honor" written on her bare chest. The head of Tunisia's "Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice," reportedly called for Tyler to be stoned to death for her obscene actions. Tyler has since gone quiet, leading some to fear for her safety.

Femen is a Feminist Ukrainian activist group and yesterday across Europe they staged a "topless jihad" in support of Amina Tyler.

The pictures below are of the protest and are amazing - they are from Getty images and orginially appeared on the The Atlantic. Some people have found them offensive, and they do contain images of boobs.
