Shipping and delivery policy
We deliver products anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. We charge a flat fee of $13 for packing and registered shipping within Australia.
Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia. Please contact us at if you require your purchase to be shipped outside of Australia.
All prices listed on the MIA MUSE website are in AUD and will charge customers in AUD.
Customer service policy
The Eleventh Muse Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. If a product is not in stock it will be listed as such.
Standard delivery time frames are between 3-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 5 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. Because of the personal nature of the products we stock, we do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or are different to the product purchased on the website.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase unless covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Look at the warranty section below for further information.
Returning faulty goods
In the unfortunate event that you have received a faulty item, please take the following steps:
1. If your item is rechargeable, please try to recharge your product using a different power outlet. If your product is battery operated please test the gadget with a new set of batteries (we know it sounds silly but these simple steps may save you having to return your product).
2. Please email us if you wish to return your faulty item at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. We will provide you with the postal address to return your purchase.
4. Please include the packaging and your original receipt as well as description of the fault with the item and your preferred course of action (refund, exchange or credit).
5. We will return your item to the manufacturer and either refund, exchange or credit as per your request.
6. The Eleventh Muse Pty Ltd (trading as Mia Muse) will not cover the cost of return postage.
Breakages of glass items
In the unfortunate event that an item you have ordered is damaged when you receive it, we will replace this item so long as we are advised within 7 days of receipt. We will request an image of this item to allow us to report back to our manufacturer.Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable against products specified in the terms and conditions of your gift voucher. Gift vouchers can only be used once and cannot be redeemed against shipping charges. Credit will not be given for any unused portion of the gift voucher so make sure you spend it all! Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash. All Lelo products are covered by a 12 month warranty valid from the date of original purchase. The warranty is valid against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Faulty products must be returned within 12 months of purchase for an exact replacement only, not for a refund or a different type of product. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the product.
It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the product (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
