About the course
Learn to enhance your experience of connectedness and ease within your body throughout your day, so that you are ready to explore and amplify the erotic and sensuous more fully, whenever you want, for your relationship with yourself and your relationship with others. This course will change your life, your wellbeing and your trajectory. It will be a combination of teaching and embodiment classes and embodiment and discussion circles (you are never forced to share, only invited). Included in this course is 18 hours of live content, plus integration offerings between gatherings.
This course is open to all genders and sexualities.

Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm for 8 weeks
